Learns Academy provides tools to help users discover and communicate with tutors and other learners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, tutors act as independent service providers, and private tutoring arrangements are between the relevant users. Users are responsible for assessing suitability and agreeing on schedules, location, fees, and other arrangements. Any verification process or badge, where offered, is not a guarantee of teaching quality, conduct, qualifications in every respect, or academic results.

4. Fees and Payments

Unless a specific Platform feature states otherwise, Learns Academy does not process or guarantee private payments made directly between users. Any Platform fees, subscriptions, commissions, payment terms, refunds, or cancellation conditions will be communicated for the relevant paid service. Third-party payment services may have separate terms. Do not assume that a transaction is protected or guaranteed by Learns Academy unless expressly stated.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. By submitting content, you grant Learns Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute it as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share your content. Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsafe, or rights-infringing material.

6. Safety, Moderation, and Account Restrictions

Use messaging, calls, community features, and in-person learning arrangements with appropriate care. Report suspected fraud, harassment, unsafe conduct, or policy violations through available support or reporting channels. Where reasonably necessary, Learns Academy may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations, security risks, or legal reasons. We cannot guarantee that all harmful conduct will be prevented or detected.

7. Educational Tools, AI, and Rewards

Educational content submitted by users and AI-generated material may contain errors or be incomplete; review such information before relying on it. Learns Academy does not guarantee academic, examination, admission, or tutoring outcomes. Points, badges, and digital rewards, where available, have no cash value unless expressly stated and may be subject to additional conditions.

8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

The Platform’s software, branding, design, and other protected materials belong to Learns Academy or its licensors, except for user-owned and appropriately licensed content. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit these materials without authorization, except as permitted by law. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Privacy, Availability, and Disclaimers

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. Learns Academy may update the Platform or these Terms from time to time and will provide notice of material changes where appropriate or legally required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

11. Liability and Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Learns Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Platform use or for independent agreements between users, except where liability arises under applicable law. Users may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for claims resulting from their unlawful conduct, rights infringement, or violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, subject to mandatory legal protections. Disputes may be brought before a competent court or other lawful dispute-resolution body.
